Preparation Instructions for Italian Beef
Servings: 2 servings of 4 blocks each

8 oz. beef 4 tomatoes, diced 2 2/3 t olive oil fresh basil fresh garlic 1 1/3 c whole wheat or protein enriched pasta oregano grated parmesan |
- spray beef with Olive Oil Pam
- spinkle oregano on beef and broil for 3-5 minutes each side until cooked though - set aside
- prepare pasta according to package directions
- saute garlic over medium heat until brown
- add basil and diced tomato and reduce for about 10 minutes
- toss beef, pasta and sauce, sprinkle with parmesan and serve
